How do I log in and create a profile?
First, log in using either your Facebook or Google account. Then, complete your profile. Add a photo of yourself and a brief bio.
What should I do when creating my listing?
To have a complete listing, you need to give it a name, upload photos of the property, and give it a brief description. Then, set up your availability calendar, set a nightly price, and wait for the Camp Bueno admins to authorize your listing.
How do I set my availability calendar?
Once you have filled out all of the fields for creating your listing, click 'submit for review'. After that, you will see a few edit options on the right hand side of screen. Simply click 'edit listing availability' and select the dates on the calendar that work for you.
How do I link my bank account?
Linking your bank account to your marketplace account is needed in order to accept payment for your bookings. To link your bank account, simply go to your listings. To the left of you screen you will see a short list of option. Click on 'payment, and fill out all the fields available.
What can be posted in the marketplace?
You may post for lease any outdoor space suitable for parking a car, van, truck, bus, or RV, outdoor yard and rooftops spaces, fields and forests. You may NOT post houses, tents, yurts, or other "lodging" accommodation for lease on the marketplace. In most zoning jurisdictions, it is explicitly disallowed to rent/lease "temporary structures" such as tents or yurts as overnight accommodation.
Who can I rent to?
You may rent to any traveler prepared to meet your listing rules. They also must be willing to make electronic payment and accept Camp Bueno's identity verification and transaction procedures. Camp Bueno requires that all users on the marketplace confirm their digital identity and contact info, prior to any booking or posting of listings.

You can post listings and services in all 50 United States and US territories, with International markets opening in Late 2018.
Top hosting questions.
What about bathrooms?
Camp Bueno provides a search and matching filter for Travelers, allowing Hosts to only accept travelers that come equipped with their own restroom. Or, Hosts may allow access to a restroom for travelers that do not have their own restroom. For Hosts that cannot offer a restroom, Camp Bueno strongly recommends NOT accepting travelers that do not have their own restroom.
What about safety?
Fire, property area lighting, debris and Host-Traveler identity are the biggest safety concerns. Hosts must manage their own fire, lighting and property cleanliness. Travelers are required to provide full name, email confirmation, and mobile phone number to validate identity.
What services should I offer?
The most demanded services are WiFi, electrical connection, water/hose connection, wastewater dump, and access to outdoor cooking facilities. Other amenities, like access to bathrooms, swimming pools and recreation facilities are a major plus.

How do I get paid as a parking Host?
Electronic payment is made to Hosts at the end of the month that a booking is completed in. You will to provide Camp Bueno with a debit card number, or bank account and routing number where your monthly payment will be deposited. This can be accessed in your profile dashboard once we add you to the active Host list on the marketplace.
How do I attract bookings?
Camp Bueno helps attract bookings to your listing through ads and links posted in Google, Facebook and Instagram. In addition to the help that we provide here are some tips that will help your listing get noticed.
1. Post quality pictures of your camp.
2. Create and post camp pictures and updates to your own Facebook page.
3. The more diverse type of vehicle you can accept, the more your camp will be booked.
4. The more amenities that you offer, the higher your pricing can be, and your camp will book more often.
5. Location is paramount. Camps in areas with high tourism and RV traffic will do well.
What about insurance?
Hosts, Travelers and Camp Bueno all share responsibility to insure ourselves. Camp Bueno Inc. carries general liability, worker compensation, 3rd party loss and liability coverage. property Owners should carry homeowner's insurance and general loss/damage insurance on their home and all real property.
Communicating with each other.
Can I email camp Hosts before I book?
Yes, we encourage communication between the host and guest to make sure everyone is on the same page about the parking spot and booking details.
Can I call or text a Host/Traveler?
Camp Bueno suggests only sharing your cell phone info with each other once you have a confirmed booking. Provide each other with info as needed.
Using the marketplace.
How are travelers and hosts matched?
The Camp Bueno marketplace allows hosts and travelers to search and match based on price, rules, amenities and location. Hosts and travelers manage all of their activity on their own.
How do I book a parking spot?
Navigate to a specific listing from the Camp Bueno marketplace homepage or a Google search. You can search and filter your search as needed. The check out process is seamless and simple. Select dates and accept payment terms.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds can be issued if a camp host cancels your reservation, or fails to make the camp available on the dates and terms in your checkout. If this happens, email the camp Host and request a refund. Camp Bueno staff will assist in processing such refunds.
